Refund policy

We want you to love what you receive from BldyLcks Designs. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging when possible.

Because many of our items are made to order through our production partner, Printify, we do not accept returns for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
• Minor variations in color or placement that can occur during printing

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and make it right with a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
